Commitment

There’s a difference between interest and commitment.
When you’re interested in something, you do it only when it’s convenient.
When you’re committed to something, you except no excuses, only results.

  8. great quote, good luck with your long run!!

  9. I think it’s great you do yoga and pilates. I always think: ‘I should do that!’ But in a way, I’m so impressed with myself for running four times, I just can’t gather the motivation to do other sports.

Do you take a class, or do you do Yoga and Pilatus at home?

  10. Great quote, but I believe it should be “accept”.
Just found your blog; I’ll be doing some catching up!
