Monday Motivation – 28 to go!

28 days…that’s it…that’s all that’s left of 2012. 

So how will you finish the year? 

Have you reached your goals for 2012?
                               Or, are there still things you’d like to accomplish?

Have you gone on “workout cruise-control?”
                               Or are you laying the foundation to kick off 2013 on the right foot?

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit
….you’ve got 28
                              …what will you do with them?

  2. This was the fastest year.Ever.

  3. Can’t believe it’s almost 2013! These 28 days will be spent relaxing a bit for me. It’s been a busy year with lots of training. Time for me to enjoy the holidays at home, focus on some career stuff and maintain a good routine of fitness and fun!

  4. I did meet all of my goals for 2012, but I’m not ready to set new ones yet, eek!

  5. It is impossible that this year is over! I am at a resting/regrouping stage right now. I’ll formulate 2013 in a couple of weeks!

  6. Where did this year go? I’m on cruise control until Saturday and then it’s marathon time!

  8. What the heck? Time has just flown by! This is crazy. I did not reach any of my 2012 goals – the big one was a sub 4:15 marathon and I didn’t run a single marathon this year! Blah. I blame living in Europe but that’s just an excuse. But now we are back in the states and I have signed up for a marathon. Training started this week! So 2013 will be MY year 🙂
