  4. Starting the second half of Tina’s Bestbody Bootcamp and loving it! On days like this, I dream about fall running! It’s so hot this week.

  5. Today I am really focusing on surviving a run in this heat. I am meeting a friend tonight to run and it will be HOT. I always get mad when I am so slow during the summer, but I need to give myself permission to slow down a bit.
